Terms & Conditions

The Freelancer (Me, Tracy, at TC Administration Support)

The Client (You)

 

These terms & conditions govern your use of our administrative services and apply to any work done for the Client. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

The Freelancer is self-employed and is responsible for their own income tax and National Insurance contributions and is not VAT registered.

Services

 

  1. We provide administrative services including, but not limited to, data entry, email management, document filing, proofreading, report checking, invoicing, bookkeeping and document preparation.

  2. We strive to ensure our services are available Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

  3. Our services are provided “as is” without any warranty.

  4. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.

  5. The work will be carried out unsupervised using his/her own equipment.

  6. Before starting any work, the Client and I will agree on the terms of the project, including the fee, expenses (where necessary) and the work to be done, including any queries.

  7. The work will be completed and delivered as agreed, for the agreed fee, which will be based on the description of the work required, supplied by the Client.

  8. If, however, on receipt of the item to be worked on or at an early stage, it becomes apparent that significantly more work is required than anticipated in the preliminary discussion/brief, the Freelancer may renegotiate the fee.

 

  1. Similarly, if, during the Freelancer’s work, additional tasks are requested by the Client, the Freelancer may negotiate the fee and/or the deadline.

  2. The Freelancer is unable to guarantee administration/editorial perfection, as this is not possible.

  3. The Freelancer will advise you of any upcoming holidays and work will continue upon their return.

 

User Responsibilities

 

  1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Freelancer to provide you with the relevant services.

  2. The Client agrees to not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our business or reputation.

 

Fees & Payment

 

  1. Our fees for services are outlined in the pricing section on our website (www.tcadminsupport.co.uk/rates). We reserve the right to modify our fees with prior notice.

  2. The Client will be sent an invoice by email at the end of each month. Please make sure this is paid by the 7th of the month. Late payments may incur additional charges.

  3. When we start working together, the Freelancer will ask for a payment after the first week of working then you will be sent an invoice at the end of each month thereafter.

  4. The Client will reimburse the Freelancer for agreed expenses over and above the costs incurred in the process of the work.

Confidentiality

 

  1. We understand the importance of confidentiality and agree to protect any confidential information you provide to us.

 

Use of Programmes

 

1.   The Freelancer will have access to any systems you use together with user logins to enable us to carry out the work you require.

2.   The Freelancer will always log out of systems after every use and will confidentially destroy any login information if it is no longer needed or we no longer work together.

 

Termination

 

  1. The Freelancer may terminate or suspend your access to our services by providing you with two months' written notice.           

  2. The Client may terminate your use of our services by providing us with two months' written notice.

  3. Either the Client or the Freelancer has the right to terminate a contract for services if there is a serious breach of its terms.

 

 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes and update them on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
